my note 9 isn't responding to the "ok google" i mean everything is working normally except that and I can't turn it on ps: when i tell my phone to recognize my phone it does but when i say ok google nthng happens can anyone help ?
I wonder whether you set in the right way. To reset Google assistant, go to device Settings > Apps / Application manager >Google app> Storage > tap on Manage Space > Clear Data. This step will reset the app to factory condition and all the personalisation and preferences will be reset to original. then long press the virtual home button to activate the google assistant then set the voice wakeup all over again.
