I just bought a huwaei band 7 and I have samsung a71 phone.
I have an issue regarding the watch, whenever I connect the watch to my phone, the wifi on my phone disconnects a lot, I even tried to disconnect my watch from my phone, the wifi doesn't disconnect
when connected to mobile data on, there are no problems but when connected to wifi on my phone and to the watch, the issue happens
I called huwaei and asked them, they told me no one complained before about this and that the watch has nothing to with the wifi, I recorded the issue and I even did network factory reset on my phone and I did a factory reset on my watch and still the issue exists.
مساء الخير يافندم مع حضرتك اميرة من سامسونج مصر بنشكرك جدا على طرح سؤالك وبنتمنى لحضرتك يوم سعيد بنعتذر لحضرتك جدا عن المشكله اللى بتواجه حضرتك بناء على سؤالك أن حضرتك بتواجه مشكله فى شبكه الWIFI أستأذن حضرتك فى اتباع الخطوات الأتيه 1) برجاء التأكد انه لا يوجد اى سائل بالجهاز 2) التأكد من اشارة الواى فاى تعمل 3) تأكد من ان الرواتر يعمل 4) ممكن حضرتك تجرب اتصال الجهاز برواتر اخر 5) ممكن حضرتك تقوم بأعادة ضبط للواى فاى من خلال هذا الكود *#2663# ثم اختيار اعادة تنشيط الواى فاى او refresh wifi version 6) برجاء التأكد ان الجهاز على اخر تحديث ولو عندك أى استفسار أخر هتلاقينا موجودين تحت أمرك فى أى وقت شكرا لحضرتك ولوقتك
