I'm not receiving WhatsApp notifications when I'm on 4G/5G, even though background data usage is allowed and the battery settings are in no restriction mode. I only get messages after opening the WhatsApp app.
Do you have S22 Ultra? Does this issue happen after the latest security patch ?
If you're running the latest version of the Whatsapp app and there are no any delays of Wi-Fi, the issue might be because of using old Sim, but the issue occurs on WiFi as well you might need to disable Dize via adp command and that requires PC
