Will the software update for a Samsung device depend on where the device is bought or where it is currently located? My device is Samsung A8+ (2018) and it is said that the update for the same device has been rolling out to Russia and Ukraine and will come to different regions in the following weeks. I'm just wondering if how soon will I receive the update because my phone was bought in Saudi Arabia, but currently in the Philippines.
