Samsung internet sign in using fingerprint not working

I have my fingerprint saved on my phone (M30s) 

Before when it was working, i would sign into a website and a little pop up would come up asking if i wanted to sign in using fingerprint next time.

Then when i went to login again it would show me a popup telling me to use my fingerprint and it would work

But now even if i click "login using fingerprint next time" when i go to the same page to login, No popup comes up telling me to use my fingerprint

Based on your inquiry regarding 

I ask permission to perform the following steps

1- Open the settings

2- Screen

3- Activating the touch sensitivity

4- Deactivate accidental touch

Then restart the device and start a new fingerprint

Then do a fingerprint test of the device

1- Calling code * # 0 * #

2- We choose the word sensor

3- We choose finger print

4- Click on normal test

Let it run scan if the password appears for you, then the problem will be resolved

If the problem still exists, I ask you to follow the following steps:

1. *#Please enter the following code * # 0 
2. And choose any of the colors shown Red & green & blue
3. If the colors appear naturally, the device will continue to operate normally
4. In the event that the colors do not appear naturally, please do a factory reset of the device through the following steps:

Settings

-Public Administration

- Reset

Factory data reset

-Reset

- Clear all

And ask your permission

Thanks but this did not help with the bug, the sign in using fingerprint prompt did not show up after doing all the steps you provided
