My samsung TV series 7 (55) always appears offline on Smart Things despite being plugged in and turned on. I tried everything to connect it to Smart Things and Amazon Alexa but no luck, any tips or recommendations please?

it also happens to me .. twice I guess
try to recontact .. like u do it at first time
it did work for me
