I am a Samsung user and it is unacceptable that Samsung TV Plus no longer works and requires an update that cannot be installed this does not make sense because the app belongs to Samsung and should be supported on its own devices instead of being disabled like this we purchased these devices with trust in the company and its services and it is unfair to lose access to a basic app due to an unavailable or unsupported update the app was working fine and suddenly became unusable I request that this issue be fixed as soon as possible and that support be restored for affected devices because this directly impacts the user experience and reduces trust in the service
