My Phone is not detected on the pc after plugging the cable and the same cable is used with other phone and the other phone detected.
Plz Help to solve this issue

Regarding your inquiry, please make sure of the following steps:

Try another USB cable and connect the mobile to another computer

Click on Settings - About Device - Software Information - Click on the version number 7 times in a row

Settings - Developer Mode - USB Debugging

If the problem persists, please factory reset the device.

 

Settings - General management - Reset - Factory data reset - Reset device - Erase all

Before starting this step, please copy the phone data. It can be stored through the following link of the Samsung smart switch program

In the event that the problem persists, I ask your permission to visit the nearest maintenance center until the device is checked and the problem is resolved for you
