Samsung Galaxy Z fold 5 Software Update

Hello everyone,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Fold 5, and I noticed that my phone didn't receive any software updates, even the Android security patch level is still on June 2023 and my phone is still on UI 5.1 . I live in Lebanon by the way, so I don't know how often updates are being released here.

If anyone has any suggestions, I appreciate your support.

I called the service center and after checking it turned out that my phone was imported overseas, in other words it is not for the Lebanese markets. So, they told me that ther is no way the over the air update will work. So it looks like the only option remaining is to flash it. I don;t know how to do that but maybe I can figure out with some research. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks again

Please note that updates arrive at phones gradually, When the update is available, you will receive a notification
Kindly note you can check for software updates via:
settings>software update>download and install
or you can use Samsung smart switch app as the below:
1-Download the app on your mobile
