Settings - General Management - Reset - Reset All Settings
If you are still experiencing the same issue, we recommend a factory reset to resolve it by following these steps:
Open the Settings app, then tap General Management → Reset → Factory Reset → Reset → Erase All.
Be sure to back up all your user data using Smart Switch from the link below, then use the backup tool to create a data backup.
