I'm trying to connect my laptop to a Samsung S95B TV. The TV screen connects and disconnects (blinks) 1-3 times per minute. During the blink, the TV screen will show that it lost signal and trying to reconnect. Same for laptop screen I guess. I did the following to troubleshoot with no improvements:
Update my Windows 10.
Update graphics driver (NVidia GT650m).
Try different settings. Duplicate screen, extend screen, TV screen only. I reduced the display resolution without much improvement in the blinking. Went all the way to 720p. I tried reducing and increasing the refresh frequency as well.
Try different HDMI cables and HDMI ports on the TV.
Try with Input Signal Plus on and off for HDMI.
Disable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) on the TV.
Laptop works fine with other displays.

On the laptop, there's only one port. On the TV, I tried all 4 ports with 3 different cables. One of them is fancy and purchased recently.
