There is something wrong in the theme for which you deleted it continue to 10 minutes and then says to remove itself automatically

u have stop the timer bro...go to settings and Developer option..And Running sevices...scrool down and u look theme option click it and stop it...remember once u stop the timer u can't open theme and wallpaper..if u open walpaper and theme option the timer is on...

Yh you have to do what to what @JUSTIN said to use wallpaper indefinitely.
