How can I take dual photo ( front &rear photo at the same time) in
Note 9 camera?

unfortunately you can't. they removed that feature since galaxy s8 and so

if you really want to..you can search for a third party app on Google play

open camera then swipe to left them u should see + on the top of screen press it and search about dual cam
