Hey guys all listen to me
Now i have 
Samsung account based on gmail account
I lost my phone number
And samsung support tell me that there is no solution for my problem 
And my problem is two step verification mode
Asking for code on the phone number
When i sign in my account
Now i can change the password via the gmail 
And cannot reset the account or disable two step mode from samsung.com
I see really that big company like this 
Have many things not going right 
Bad service really
Any other company can reset you account by contacting support and verify that you got the gmail.com account 
Am too sad on my data i lost 
On samsung smart switch 
It encrypted the backup 
On the samsumg without confirming this from me .
Really am too sad from this bad support
