Why samsung and other companies still use old protocol when connecting the phone to pc?

Be the first samsung and put a new protocol. 

I like if the phone works like an ssd or hdd when i connect it to pc. 

Because nowadays the USB C and UFS is almost useless when connecting phone to pc.
