It too disappointing, after the premium we are paying for this flagship phone!
Every other region got the update several weeks ago.
Even S21 released and still we haven't got the update.
Way to go Samsung.
I have been a Samsung user for a long long time. But this kind of service is convincing me to try other options.

Sir, you need to contact with Samsung Hong Kong, who is responsible with postponing the update. Android 11 is out to your device for almost amonth in KSA
