I'm having trouble with my smart Samsung qled tv. I like to download videos & movies..etc and connect my hard disk to the tv and watch it. The problem is that it only plays MP4. Sometimes it plays mkv but sometimes it doesn't and I don't know why. Anyway is there a way to download a different media player? Like VLC or MX. I'm really tired of changing every video i want to watch to mp4 which takes a lot of time. I bought the Tv so that I watch on it not on my laptop. Thanks.

ياخوان عندي مشكلة مع التلفزيون حقي سامسونغ سمارت كيو ليد. انا احب احمل افلام ومسلسلات وانزلهم عالهارديسك واشبكهم عالتلفزيون واتفرج بس المشكلة التلفزيون ما يشغل الا ام بي ٤ وهذا شي تعبني لان كل حاجة ابغى اتفرجها بصيغة ثانية ما تشتغل لازم احول الصيغة وهالشي ياخذ وقت طويل او اتعب واتفرج عاللاب وانا شريت التلفزيون عشان اتفرج عليه. فيه طريقة احمل مشغل ميديا اخر زي vlc ولا خلاص اتعايش مع هذا الوضع؟؟
