I got a problem

my phone is j7 pro and today it imedittly stoped making sound !
headphones are working and the call speaker too
but the essential sound exit is not working even thought no water received to it or any thing !!!????
I need help plz

Try to reset the phone as a last hope
if it didn't work out then it's a hardware problem
