Samsung latest tablets S9 series lack software update in middle east,it's still running android 13 and using Smart switch on pc still say no software update,they usually reply to these post but copy and paste some steps to do on pc with smart switch but after doing it still no software update, how come Samsung don't support it's latest and most expensive product and expect people buy their items in future ,as shown Samsung lost market share to apple in 2023 ,as they offer better costumer service and more reliable software update,I'm still regretting buying tab S 9 plus and it's better to buy something reliable as ipad in future
Not enough. We want a date. We've been waiting for months. In Europe, they got it in Nov 2023. If I knew this was the case, I wouldn't have bought it either.
