Dear Samsung Team,
Just bought my Samsung galaxy 8+ and I am not able to find the default ringtones for the mobile itself which normally I can find when click on the ringtone or notification sound so I can select.
everytime now I try to do it open to me a file manager page which not show the device original ringtones for (ringtone or notification) attached 2 screenshot show the issue.
thank you for getting back to me with clear steps how I can find..this is really strange.
