Based on your inquiry regarding to the issue
1- Make sure wireless modem/router is ON and connected to the internet.
2- Make sure the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly.
3-Check the distance between the TV and the Modem/Router.
4- Try by using Hotspot from mobile
5-Contact your ISP and ask them to reset your network circuit to re-register the Mac addresses of your new Modem/Router and the
6-Reset
7- Firmware Update
