Can't install third party apk

For 3 weeks try to install third party apk, but unfortunately I can't.

I have samsung smart tv ua60au8000uxeg.

I can't find personal or security tab on tv.

I need 😫 to solve this issue.

it's because your tv's operating system is tizen not android and tizen doesn't support installing 3rd party apps
