Bixby Alarm note 9

I am trying to use Bixby voice in the alarm.. but it's not working
I already choosed for. the alarm App Bixby briefing..
but still not working just like a regular alam only music!

I have the same with S8+ and Note9

my old phone was note8 and it was working.. but now in note 9 not working at all.. I don't know it's a problem from the phone or just Samsung will solve this problem in a software update..

j still have this problem in ur mobile too?

My S8+ used to work like a charm. I switched to Note9 from the first of September and formatted my S8+.
This option never worked on Note9 (although enabled) and when I tried it back on S8+ didn't work also!!!!
I think the problem is within the updates because I've seen many posts on Samsung's USA site about the same problem.

really.. now I am not worried, not only me or issue in my phone.. this is my 2nd phone note 9 .. first one I purchased there is a problem on it.. then I returned it back to Samsung Egypt and got a new one, and in both mobiles its not working

I have forwarded a complaint in the feedback list, they contacted me this morning asking for sometime to check the issue and get back to.me

Guess what! I had a phone call in the afternoon from Samsung. They were confirming receipt of the complaint, and advising the technical department. They promised a reply within 48 hours.
Surprisingly the next morning I woke up at the alarm with bixby announcing time and weather!!!! all by its own!!!!

what's about ur battery life? from 100% to 90% what's a estimated time to being down?
and the battery taking 24 hr?
