YOU are supposed to solve people's problems not just write some random and non related answers
You are literally just copying&pasting random answers without thinking about whether they are related or not!!!!
I am really DISAPPOINTED with the fact that Samsung moderators in Egypt are unqualifed to solve the users' problems.
This robotic way of answering questions isn't what people look for or expect from Samsung..
Samsung should bring us more qualified moderators to answer our questions instead of these robots
Even bots would be more precise when solving people's problems
