Application update and new app installation fail

Since I have updated to android 12 im not able to update or install new apps

Tried clearing cash for app store and Google play services

Also tried uninstalling play store last updates 

Problem still existing

Did you try to reset your phone???

How to do it?

First of all
Step one: open sittings
Step two: scroll down when you see general management
Step there: press reset
Step four: factory data reset
Step five : reset and then type your samsung account password
But before you do this all you need to backup your things by another phone by smart switch

I was hoping to have another option because I have work profile so it's not my best go to option
