Please samsung we need android 11 update, why samsung push 2 OS Updates only! Companies like Huawei, one plus and others they still send OS Updates to old phones.
I'm aware of upgrading my phone to s20/note20 for example because of this also.
Especially in middle East, a lot of us can't buy a new flagship every year, usually every 3 years we upgrade our phones. So we want 3 OS Updates or more not only two.
just compare what Apple offers, they offer 5 years as a major OS upgrade to its products. This is absolutely amazing. nowadays everyone thinks about how many years the company supports their products. and considering buying a flagship over 1000 US $ just eligible for 2 OS updates? come on samsung this is really not fair.
