Ambient mode doesn't allow me to hear people talking when playing music. I just bought the headset yesterday and when I put boost voices in front of you only right mic works in boosting voices.

Ambient sound means the background sounds which are present in a scene or location. You can control how much surrounding noise to let in. It means you can hear your surroundings clearly while you are listening to music outdoors, so you can quickly detect any potentially dangerous situations. ※ The feature can be used after you connect your earbuds to the Galaxy Wearable app for the first time. When you activate ambient sound mode, you may hear sudden loud external sounds.
To use Ambient sound : Turn on ‘Ambient Sound’ in Galaxy Wearable app. Or Long press(Tapping and holding) earbuds’ touchpad to enable Ambient Sound after setting it as a preset tap-and-hold feature.
1. Launch the Galaxy Wearable app on the mobile device and tap the Ambient sound switch to activate the feature. 2. Drag the adjustment bar to adjust the ambient sound volume depending on the situation or place. The ambient sound mode is activated and you can hear external sounds around you clearly.
