A72 does not charge until it's is completely discharge

I'm suffering with A72 

.it's been more than a year when my A72 started to give me a false read of charging never increased but decreased until it is completely discharged and switched off ..

Does anyone face the same problem?

make sure that you use the original charger

try another charger

if you still facing the same issue
