galaxy fold 3 5g wifi and hotspot not turning ON after all methods

in my galaxy fold 3 5g is not able to turn on WI FI  or  MOBILE HOTSPOT, i tried all the methods available on the internet.. and i firmly believe that it s hardware issue..
