Did you know you can contact Samsung support directly through the Samsung Members app? Whether you have a question about your phone, a tablet, or even your smart appliances, we’re here to help!
How to contact us through Samsung Members App:
Step 1. Open Samsung Members app, and tap Support
Step 2. Tap Send Feedback then the arrow shaped button below.
Step 3. Choose the App or the Functions that you want to send a report about
Step 4. Select the feedback category for quick and accurate response
Step 5. Select the frequency of the issue you are facing.
Step 6. Write a Feedback message. We recommend to keep the checkbox Send system log data to help resolve your question, you may also tap on the attachment button on top to attach any screenshots or evidences that might help explaining the issue you are facing.
Step 6. Press Send button to send the feedback.
