Samsung apps imposing a language i don't speak just because i'm in that country

Galaxy store, and even this samsung members will bring text in a language i don't understand ( for instance Arabic) just because i'm in an Arabic speaking country!

For example, i couldn't select a forum for this, because they are in arabic. 

Many apps on galaxy store will have descriptions in arabic too. 

PS: my phone is registered in an English speaking country, 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

My location country! Now all the post and questions i see are in arabic, no translation, i don't speak arabic!
The category of samsung questions are in arabic! Some apps description in galaxy store are in arabic!
At the end, it's like i can't go online because most of the thing will be arabic!

Why can't it take the language of the country registered in my phone?

So that i will be able to interact with the world 😢
