I couldn't find the registration banner for the new update, any suggestions? I use Galaxy s20 ultra A42

It's not available here in Saudi Arabia ..
Only available in certain countries such as USA, UK, INDIA ..etc

My Galaxy s20 ultra is an US edition, I don't know why there are no benefit when I click on benefits. I saw many videos that my devise got the new update as beta and can find it in benefits to activate it.
