اخوي اول شي احذف السماعه من البرنامج و البلوتوث بعد كذا افتح علبة السماعة و اضغط علي السماعتين راح يبداء عملية الاقتران و ان شاءالله يتم توصيل السماعه

طيب خذ جهازك و السماعات لي مركز صيانة سامسونج و هم ان شاءالله راح يحلو لك المشكله

Are the buds outside the case? Are you wearing them?

Last try is to unpair them from your phone bluetooth, then open the case and long press on both buds while they are in the case. The case should flash a red light, and should appear on your phone pairing list. Click pair on your phone id it appeared. Otherwise to samsung care center you go lol. Goodluck
