How to disable multi window

Hello I need to disable multi window and split mode also. 

I need to disable This feature for personal reasons. 

When I try to turn it off from advanced options>> Labs.

 I see it already disabled and I don't know how to disable It for good. 

So how about you tell me how to turn it off for all apps.

The option is in the settings, but it is considered useless because it is already activated by default.

Iam talking about the option from labs in the advanced options

There when deactivated only little apps won't display in multi window mode but
some apps unfortunatly still could .

It seems to be That all we have untill now

So you are telling me that there is no way to stop this feature?
What should I do now ?
This is glitch for making children can open Google play with small window mode and can install apps despite of locking it with applock
But the applock lock the big screen only
I hope samsung take care of this matter because it affect on how we can watch our children

And I can say the problem in the first place is not allowing us to lock play store

Hope they include [lock apps separatly ] as an option into the system itself

Open sittings > labs > split screen
And
Search in sittings for Split screen and disable that too.
