Lights and curtains will respond as you drift off, and in the morning they’ll allow the sunshine back in to gently wake you. Night after night, SmartThings will closely monitor your environment, helping create a space for deep and comfortable sleep.
Set the mood to help you fall asleep
SmartThings creates your own optimal sleeping environment. When you fall asleep, the lights in your bedroom will turn off naturally and the curtains will close, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The air conditioner and air purifier will also start operating quietly when you sleep to help you sleep comfortably. And if you wear a Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Ring, it automatically recognizes when you fall asleep, and ensures that all these changes occur seamlessly.
Wake up refreshed
When you wake up in the morning, SmartThings brings your home to life. Curtains open automatically to let sunshine in, lights turn on, and your TV automatically begins to play. With SmartThings you can pick your preferred news channel to start your day.
Temperature and humidity control help optimize sleep.
* Automated actions executed by bedtime detection can be set in [Create routines].
* When you set "Sleep environment report" to wear the Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Ring, you simply need to go to sleep for one night to generate data related to your sleep patterns, and then set your sleep conditions.
* To use sleep automation, you must agree to the “Bedtime and wake-up” feature in the “Connect Health App” settings and the “Process sleep information to execute the 'Routines' feature" in the “Consent to sensitive information collection & use” settings.
* The time needed to detect your sleep and wake times with a Galaxy Wearable may vary depending on the environment.
