I've samsung A72 after I install second whatsapp in the same day I found its most folders but database folder disappeared and any document was send to me didn't open. I rest the phone (factory rest) and reinstall the whatsapp again and found same problem. What can I do to resolve this issue

I go to dualapp>DCIM and also dualapp>Download not found any file And about pdf and other files was send to me did not open and message appeared

About pdf files I'm using Adobe acrobat reader and I open all pdf files by it and also in primary whatsapp files found and open but in dualapp whatsapp all of its content is
