Hello, are you using third-party apps like Snapchat and Instagram when this happens? Or is it the built-in camera app of the phone? If it's the official camera app, make sure the front and back of your camera are well cleaned. Then enter your settings, scroll to the bottom, and click "Reset Settings" to see if it helps.
