The problem with this picture is the color gamut that uses Google Skia ! This is an incompatible profile for Samsung devices and will cause the device to reboot as a fail-safe mechanism. While it can actually cause a bootloop and you might end up factory reseting the phone, it does not contain an explicit malicious code.
