And still have one ui 5

Instead one ui 6

When can I get the new update ?

I knew it's announced by samsung last December

The update is already available, I have mine updated last month

I believe it is available now in all regions
Mine is the Bluetooth version
I read that LTE versions didn't get the update yet if your watch is this version

The LTE version have esim so that you can make calls from it directly without being connected to the phone
The Bluetooth version must be connected to phone to make calls have no esim
Check watch setting in connections if you have the option of adding esim or no

Just googled now and found that some regions received the update for both versions
May be you have to wait or contact samsung authorized dealer to check the issue

Try to update watch manually and not wait till the update notification to show
