And the problem occurred since the latest watch software update (R870XXU1HWH3)
At first I thought it was because too many background tasks were running at the same time.
But even after stopping all tasks, the problem still occurs.

To back up data launch Galaxy Wearable on your mobile device and follow these steps:
1-Tap Settings
2-Tap About Watch
Tap About Watch
3-Tap Backup and restore
Tap Backup and restore
4-Tap Backup settings
Tap Backup Settings
5-Tap the switch for the item to back up, and then tap BACK UP NOW.
The data will be saved
Tap Backup NOW
Music and images saved on the Galaxy Watch will not be backed up
Samsung Health App data will be automatically saved on the connected mobile device’s Samsung Health App
