Hi dears,
I want to report a bug regarding to my Samsung watch 6-44mm and the don't disturb mode
Specially (repeat callers) option not effective any more,
I made deep test as the following ,
I have two mobiles of Samsung s24 Ultra , one of them connected to Samsung watch 6-44mm and the other one connected to Samsung watch 4 classic 46mm , when I enable the don't disturb mode while I enabling the option (repeat calls) I am not receiving notification on the watch 6 even if the caller contact added to the contact list or favorite contacts, the call notifications only delivered if I selected to receive calls from all contacts or disable don't disturb , while All of selections working normally on watch 4 and receiving notifications without any interruptions like all previous watches I owned before like watch 3 or watch active2 , I have this problem since I started to use the watch 6 only , I was running watch 6 on my previous s23 ultra and the problem was also there and now I have new another phone and also the problem persist , also updated to oneui6 and did factory reset for the mobile & the watch, it's really frustrating that the problem still persist, I wish you escalate & investigate this issue and broadcast update to solve this issue ASAP, thanks in advance 🙏.

Please ensure the following steps:
1 - The Wathc is compatible with the device
2- Connect the watch to the device via the Samsung wearable application
3- Try connecting a Samsung Watch to the device to find out what is causing the problem with the device or not

If the problem persists, please follow the following steps:
1 – Open the Samsung wearable application
2 - General
3 – Reset

If the problem persists, please perform a factory reset of the device

Settings - General management - Restore - Factory data reset - Reset device - Erase all
Before starting this step, please copy the phone data. It can be stored through the following link for the Samsung smart switch program

If the problem persists, ask your permission to visit us at the nearest maintenance center so that the device can be examined and the problem resolved for you
