I can't find the camra controller app on my watch 4 but it is supposed to be an included app

My watch 4 runs on wear os it has the play store not the galaxy store

The samsung official camera controller app isn't there and it's clearly a feature supposed to come stock with the watch
No matter what kind is my phone and my phone is strong enough to run the app
