Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. The right earbud is frequently failing to charge when placed inside the charging case.
Problem Details:
Issue: The right earbud does not consistently draw power. Even when the case is fully charged, the right earbud often remains at a low percentage or 0%.
Troubleshooting Performed: I have already attempted to clean the charging contacts on both the earbud and the case with a dry microfiber cloth, ensured the firmware is up to date via the Galaxy Wearable app, and performed a soft reset of the device. Despite these steps, the issue persists.
Device Condition: The earbuds have not been dropped and have no liquid damage.
