smart view missing

Just bought tablet A 8 inch sm-t295  , smart view is missing and I cant find screen mirroring in the option,in same time I watch videos for this model have this option on YouTube,  how fix this problem ? Thanks

I have a same problem and I download some of mirroring screen app and when I connected with TV the tab restart 🙃
