They should do something to the screen care card they are giving when you buy samsung phones

There is no note or instruction at the card that we should activate the screen card care within one month..

The salesmen on samsung they even not know about this...

They inform us the card is valid for 6 months...

This is mistake from them and we need for correction for this...

And our card should be activate for us to use the card

I think it's better to report that to Samsung's customers service by phone and in Samsung members app also so they will notice that problem and try to solve it I think most people who already purchase samsung phone wouldn't know any thing about that screen card
