Why some times when i try to open cam , everything is function well but only the video doesn't work .

عندي ٢٥٠ غيغا . صارت معي مره واحده فقط الامس لكن بعد ما عملت اعاده تشغيل ظبتت

kindly try the following 

1. go to settings > apps > camera > clear data and cache 

2. go to apps > camera > settings > reset settings 

if that did not work then kindly try to reset your phone to factory settings but that will delete all of your data so kindly take a back up first

thanks i clear the app cache and everything work probably.
