Contact their customer service. I had a similar issue and they replied. See if your device has some sort of faulty hardware which in this case you can return to them.

define fast. how many hours. define how you use your device gamming YouTube vedio etc

everything depends on how you use your phone
if you play games continuously for long period, battery will drain

small tips is use dark mode on your device
remove unwanted and unused apps from your device

and now innoticed my phone shots down by it self.

its already out of warranty since it was an old model, i want to know it samsung service centers still doing repairs for s7 edge models.
