נושאים כללייםAs part of the one-year warranty, about (3) months ago, Samsung replaced the panel on my device because a wide stripe appeared along its entire length... Since replacing the panel, I have been unable to connect to the computer and I am missing/cannot find the screen attached in the picture. I would be very grateful for your help on this matter!

If you still have this warranty, the best thing you can do is contact again with who replaced the panel and tell them you can't connect the computer.
Maybe they damaged some sensor/s.
Next time, you better tell them about this issue right when you notice the problem. As soon as you got back your TV.
