samsung account region is wrong

I live  in Palestine and I have a samsung account and every  samsung app is in Hebrew,I tried changing the region and country but it wouldn't let me.does any body have any solution?

If you live in Gaza , Yehuda or Shomron it still counts as israel territory, meaning, those areas count as a part of Israel. And all the services are connected to Israel interface.
