I really enjoy the samsung notes app and think it's the best one in the android market! As a student I write a lot of notes and this suggestions could make me take notes more efficiently:
Most needed: PDF vector export (not just page images)
1. The top navigation bar is too big and obscures a lot of space that could be used for note taking.
2. Moving the tool bar to the left or right side is not supported, and would be very cool and would help free some writing space.
3. You can't make perfect straight lines while stopping and holding the pen. It always has some degree of unwanted rotation (controlled placement after line creation maybe?).
4. No fill option for shapes while using the shape tool
5. An option for the Neat shapes tool that will help to draw tables
6. Fast preview for moving shapes (now its just an outline)
7. Shapes snapping with "invisible" grid would speed up note taking by a lot
8. Resizable quick shapes with hold gestures
9. Double spen button press for selection tool
10. Curved line, arrow and curved arrow would be a nice addition to hold shapes arsenal
